Principal's Welcome

I began my tenure as principal in January 2011 and it has been a whirlwind thus far. In my short time at the helm I've been awakened to the profound depth and potential that the Cathedral community has. We are the finest high school for young men in El Paso, grounded in the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ and humbly seeking to serve our neighbor and community.
Our prayer for every one of the young men who pass through our halls is that they would grow into men who live as signs of faith; that they would become faithful husbands, loving fathers, honest workers, loyal citizens and servants of the Church. I can think of no better way to build redemptive community than to raise up a generation of men who compassionately lead.
Join us! As we seek the welfare of El Paso-Juarez through a relevant, rigorous and catholic education for all young men.
Seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the LORD on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.
- Jeremiah 29:7
Fraternally yours,
Br. Nick Gonzalez FSC '80, Principal
