Welcome to Cathedral High School
saint

Cathedral High School of El Paso, Texas, is a Roman Catholic High School for young men. It is administered by the De La Salle Christian Brothers, a religious order of teachers founded in France in 1679 by St. John Baptist de La Salle. For over 75 years, Cathedral has sought to foster a family atmopsphere, to be a community rather than a mere institution of learning. It is in the spirit of LaSallian Christian education that the following Mission Statement is presented:

Cathedral High School exists to teach minds and to touch hearts. Cathedral exists to help young men to develop their spiritual, moral, intellectual, social, physical, and cultural gifts in the LaSallian tradition of Catholic education. Within an environment of Christian fellowship and high expectations, students are educated to nurture their individual promise and creative gifts in order that they may contribute productively to the Church, the local community, and world.
